I have been starting to work on stabilise exercises with some of my clients and was wondering what the optimum number of reps for each exercise is and if you are to hold the end range of each movement for a certain number of seconds, e.g. leg lift, leg lenthening, etc

It is common in the Pilates/Biomechanics Coaching (BC) cross over for Kubler-Ross to re-surface. When returning to life as a Pilates instructor the challenge of 'how it all fits together' may return. So I would like to instigate a thread for the purpose of this discussion.
