Hi all, Just had a quick thought i didnt know the answer too. What happens when a client is fully functionalised? Do you give any sort of exercises to stop them from losing the negative screens?

Hi guys, Quick question.. i have a guy on functionalise now. We have anti spasmed the pec minor getting to the required measurement. And now i have moved onto conditioing of this muscle. But how long do we spend strengthen for on each screen?
