Quick question.. i have a guy on functionalise now. We have anti spasmed the pec minor getting to the required measurement. And now i have moved onto conditioing of this muscle. But how long do we spend strengthen for on each screen?
Antagonist work for a couple of weeks is usually enough then start conditioning. conditioning lasts as long you feel its necessary, not usuall longer than 6 weeks, at which time your well into functional work and programming to help them achieve their goals anyway. hope that helps.
