4 Sign - difficulty getting ankle over opposite leg
Permalink

With two of my clients during the 4 Sign screening test they both find getting the ankle over the opposite leg above the knee very difficult. Should I take that as an automatic positive in the test and not get them to actually complete the test? (In both cases, when they do eventually get the leg in position, the bent knee is over three hand-spans above the couch ). They are both in over 55 years old.
