I am wondering if anyone would have a copy of the screening sheets used during the screening process. Mainly the sheet with the posterior view of the skeleton with boxes of the different screenings. I can create the other main sheet with all the screens on it so it is not a huge deal if I get that one. However, it would be extremely helpful to get the other, with the view of the human body and the boxes in the differently anatomical locatons for each screening.
