Can you recommend any extra reading. I keen to further understand the sling systems and how they interrelate to cause dysfunction sometimes. I was thinking about buying Thomas Myers anatomy trains.......would this be a good purchase or are their some others that I might consider?

Hi, Thomas Myers work is a good place to start, make sure you get the latest which is his 3rd book.  Also Serg Gracovetsky is probably one of the first ones to talk about slings but Myers has stolen the limelight to a degree with his markering of late.  So the 'live' application in his book the spinal engine is great stuff too, albeit quite difficult to get hold of.  hope that helps.
