Help Getting Started Using iMoveFreely..

Hello All,

I have just attended the Biomecanics Coaching course module 1 in London.

I'd like to get going in terms of promotion as soon as possible. iMoveFreely was mentioned as I have looked at the website which as i understand it is for using online and allowing individuals to screen themselves.

In terms of how i can use this in a class situation, i need more help. I am unsure what is involved. Is it as simple as creating a class based on the exercises we have learned to presercibe post screen? Then promotion is using the logos provided post course.

Please help as I would like to get myself out there asap in my gym and thinking of local business too.

Thanks so much,

Simone.

Exactly as you guessed it Simone - there are no secrets or surprises but there are several different ways you can deliver imovefreely gx just like any other group exercise class:

  • Pure imovefreely - 6 weeks in each of the 3 phases. Only suitable to be sold in blocks
  • imovefreely circuits - drop in stye class with 3 stations normalise/stabilise/functionalise
  • Combined imovefreely and your regular class - use the release work as a warm up for your regular class

Some coaches like Claire Bancroft deliver imovefreely in water as part of her aqua classes or combined with pilates and others just deliver pure imovefreely

Hope this helps?!

Thank you.

I think perhaps I thought it was a set system and package that I needed to adhere to, but in actual fact I am free to implement my knowledge as I see fit for my individual situation.

Thanks for clarifying,

Simone.
