I understand we need to quantify how it worked for each case study, does this mean we need to explain how each individual screen went? What we prescribed and why?? Or is it more of an overview of what each client found good and bad about the process and what the outcome was?
I'm also interested in exactly what you expect from a case study, I'm just starting out after module one. On the course it was mentioned that we might take pictures but I'm not exactly sure what I should be taking pictures of? How many screens do you expect us to do on one case study? It would be useful to maybe have a copy of a case study to ascertain the level of detail required and what is expected.
The case studies that you prepare (2000 words) have a clear structure that you need to follow in your Candidate Achievement Record. If you follow this format then you will do exactly what we need.
The key thing we want to know is what did you do when your client came back with the same/different results and most importantly why? It is key for us to know that you understand when to progress/regress or refer your clients.
Take loads of pictures and videos, if you can (client permission), so that you can use the footage on your 10 minute case study presentation
